The pharmacists offering their products on Pills-O-Matic drugstore may supply prescription medicines only on the basis of a prescription written by a medical doctor registered in the European Union.

Pills-O-Matic drugstore cannot held liable in connection with any order placed on its website, especially it cannot held liable for the accuracy of the diagnosis, treatment or medication prescribed or the correct use of the products supplied. It is in the full responsibility of the purchaser to use any products supplied under the guidance of a physician.

For USA-clients a Personal Importation Form based on FDA Chapter 9 guidance for per-sonal importations of drugs will be filed on behalf of the purchaser.

Sale and delivery of all ordered products is in the full and exclusive responsibility of a licensed EU-pharmacy. All products are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding Pills-O-Matic drugstore reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser, if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the country of destination.

All shipments are provided by registered mail or courier and delivery can only be accepted by a person of full age according to the laws of the recipients country.
